It’s no secret that there’s been an explosion of psych-rock popularity in Australia, more than likely courtesy of Tame Impala, and after listening to Sowersby’s brand-spanking new debut record Wonderer, we’re believe this innovative artist deserves to have his name up in lights.
This stunning four-piece are unequivocally one of the finest purveyors of shoegaze in our fair nation right now, and we want you to know about it.
The group dropped their debut record Collider earlier this year and as soon as the swirling, dreamy sonics glided through one ear and out the other, we were instantly transported to the golden era of My Bloody Valentine and Slowdive.

The hard-working Sydney group released their full-length LP Tussle in 2013, a 40-minute trip throughout the dark galaxy of dream-pop.
Refusing to be pigeon-holed, the band returned in 2014 with a krautrock inspired tune ‘This Side Of The Fence’ further pushing their own boundaries.
