Psychedelic-rock outfit Tame Impala has been tearing up the airwaves with their newest recordCurrents, and they’ve just announced a nation-wide tour.
Currents is Tame Impala’s third studio album and is being touted as the band’s most playful and varied record to date. Frontman, writer and producer Kevin Parker wrote all the music and plays all of the instruments on the album. On stage, however, Parker plays with bandmates Jay Watson (keys), Dominic Simper (guitar), Cam Avery (bass) and Julien Barbagallo (drums).
See these Perth natives live on stage in November as they bring psychedelic hits like ‘Feel Like We Only Go Backwards’, ‘Elephant’, ‘Lucidity’ and their recent single ‘Let It Happen’ to Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

Tickets to Tame Impala’s national tour go on sale Monday August 31, on 9am via Ticketmaster.
